Hotel brand continues Europe expansion
The Rezidor Group has announced it will extend its portfolio further by adding a new Park Inn Stuttgart in Germany, scheduled to open in early 2010.
The TAG Group will develop the hotel.
Located in the city centre of Stuttgart the 180-room property will be built as part of a mixed-use complex including apartments, retail and offices.
The hotel will feature a lobby including bar, restaurant with outside terrace, eight meeting rooms and a pre-function facility. A fitness area with rooftop terrace overlooking the city will be included and in addition, the property will offer underground parking.
Nearby attractions include the zoological and botanical garden and the Mercedes-Benz museum.
The city-centre and theatres are within walking distance of the site and Stuttgart’s national convention centre is located just outside the city, hosting more than 30 international and national fairs and exhibitions per year.
